• Manage in cassava planting operation from planting to harvesting (soil plough checking, harrowing, pesticide and herbicide spraying, fertilizer applying, harvesting, cassava stock…...)
• Manage the cassava stock, bride weight and make sure that cassava warehouse has no any insect
• Manage harvesting and new planting planning with high seed quality
• Make annual cassava growing planning for approval from the top management
• Participate in looking for sub-contractor and planting quotation for cassava planting according to the plan
• Compile the contract for cassava sub-contractor and improve from day to day
• Prepare budget and request claim for sub-contractor and arrange all document related for claiming (Make sure that all data is check and correctly)
• Compile procedure for sub-contractor to clear and claim planting (Planting land size measurement, job order, germination rate, size and height of the row, deep of plough)
• Make cross check with sub-contractors for their all activities
• Research and develop to improve cassava yield and efficiency of planting operation
• Improve the policies, organizations and systems in support of company's mission
• Liaise and interact with managers of other departments
• Train and manage employee to improve their working quality
• Participate in staff recruitment and make a draft job description of staff under supervise
• Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors; inspect and verify that the work being carried out by the subcontractors is according to specification and contract
• Manage and supervise to construct of all infrastructure in the farm
• Take care and maintenance of all agriculture equipment and materials
• Manage the day-to-day farm operation to ensure the operation runs smoothly
• Follow up and Report farm activities to the management
• Identify problem happened in the farm and solve the problems
• Carry out other tasks assigned by management

• Bachelor or mater degree in agriculture or related field
• Cassava working experiences are encourage to apply for the position
• Have minimum 5 years working experience in agriculture farm management
• Open mine and willing to change for farm management style & yield improvement
• Able to manage budget for farm activities
• Have a good communication with multiple cultures
• Able to use GPS for land size calculation
• Able to speak Khmer and English
• Able to work with local communities
• Good in written and speak in English (Speaking and reporting)
• Able to stay and work in the farm
• Initiative do a research for new agriculture technology for yield improvement
• Have a good problem identify and solving
• Be honesty and working hard
